With a few quick customization steps, restaurants make Paytron's smart menus their own. They can add menu items, categorize them, and include price information.
The menu's key features, however, reveal themselves to the diner. Diners initially encounter a welcome screen, which prompts them to use their TouchID to log on to the menu. Once logged on, a personalized menu reveals itself. The food items that the diner avoids are filtered out into a separate section, so the diner can instantly see which options most adhere to their dietary preferences.
The diner can even sort a menu to see which dishes fit their taste the most. Based on Cuisintel's taste intelligence, the menu assigns probabilities that the diner would like particular dishes.
Beyond just surfacing what diners like, Paytron's menus keep diners safe by warning diners about dishes that contain ingredients they generally avoid. Have a shellfish allergy? Paytron also empowers wait staff to demonstrate that they care about diners, by informing them of diners' taste profiles once they have activated their menus. Waiters can point out dishes you'd like, or ingredients that you should be aware of.
